Mission Statement: The Walnut Creek Library Foundation is a community-based 501(c) (3) organization that advocates for the Walnut Creek libraries and enhances their objective of meeting the cultural, informational, educational and recreational needs of greater Walnut Creek by raising private funds and sponsoring programs, materials and events. The park system in Walnut Creek provides opportunities for our diverse community and in many cases the region as a whole. The City offers community centers, historical sites, sports fields, playgrounds, community gathering locations and education centers.
